As we head deeper into fall, it's sometimes tough to accept reality and dig out those dusty fall boots, scarves, and toques. When you live in Vancouver as I do, the weather does nothing but constantly tease us Vancouverites during the difficult transition from summer to fall: one minute the sun is shining with warm rays of summery-like weather, until it mocks us by releasing a torrential downpour an hour later.
If you can't bring yourself to put away your flip-flops, bathing suit, and suntan lotion like I've been struggling with for the past two weeks, here's my advice: don't. Listen to this song and reminisce of the golden sandy beaches, palm trees, and Las Vegas-like temperatures and hold onto your memories of the summer. Don't be guilty because I mean, it's hot and summery somewhere, right?
