Australian alternative rock band, St Leonards, has great music if you're looking for a sound similar to Kings of Leon or Band of Horses. Their first self titled album was written mostly by the band's songwriter, Shane Fritsch in his apartment in the St Leonards area of Sydney (where their name originates from). Now if only I could be that productive at home...
